Description of ventilation Systems:
The Air Handling systems are provided freshly filtered clean air to all the manufacturing & packing area. There are 13 Nos. of AHU’s which are providing positive filtered air supply and the salient features are as follows:
Forced air circulation of positive pressure adequate to achieve differential air pressures as per set standards to avoid / minimize cross/dust/microbial contamination.
The forced air is filtered through 10 micron & 5-micron filteres so as to reduce the particulate matter.
The Temperature and humidity control is well regulated for comfortable air conditioning (250C +/- 20C RH $% to 60%)
There are 20 air changes per hour.
The dispensing & sampling booths in the stores area are segregated and adequate precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination by suitable using Reverse Laminar Air Flow for dispensing area and sampling area.
“Line clearance” is taken for change o product/sample as per SOP.
